Shipping

Orders are picked and dispatched within one to two business days. Standard shipping is a flat $9.99 and typically arrives in three to five business days. Orders over $350 ship free. We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Bars, racks and plates ship freight and may arrive separately from smaller items in the same order. You will get a tracking number for each parcel as it leaves.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Belts that have been moulded to the wearer, chalk that has been opened and any item with gym wear on it cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

To start a return, email support@chaingods.store with your order number. We send a prepaid label for faulty goods; for change-of-mind returns the postage is yours.

Warranty

Leather and steel goods carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Rubber, neoprene and textile goods carry one year. Normal wear, rust from outdoor storage and damage from dropping loaded bars outside a platform are not covered.

Order changes

We can amend or cancel an order any time before it ships. Once a tracking number is issued the order is on its way and a return is the only option.
